" If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained. But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness. For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation. For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe. These things command and teach. Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Ten Reasons Why I Deserve To Go To Hell!.......and One Reason Why I Wont!

1)  I do not Love God Enough.

2)  I do not Love My Neighbor Enough.

3)  I am Still Me Centered at Times.

4)  I am not Christ Centered Enough.

5)  I do not Praise God Enough.

6)  I do not Spend Enough Time in God's Word.

7)  I fail to Show Christ Enough.

8)   I fail to Witness Enough.

9)   I do not Love God as Much as He Loves Me.

10)  I began every single one of these (1-9) with the word "I", indicating Pride Still Rules My Life to some degree,.........to a Large Degree!

The One Reason Why I Wont Go To Hell......

1)  Jesus Christ

The point of this little list is to show that no matter how mature we think ourselves to be, no matter how pious we think we are, no matter how much holiness we believe we have, we fool ourselves and we are still full of sin, and the last part, well......let's just say, it all goes back to the beginning, back to the Cross, back to Jesus Christ and the fact that we needed a Savior then.......and we still need Him today!

Never forget, Christ was Born for us, Christ Lived for us, Christ Gave His Life freely for us, Christ Rose from the Grave for us and Christ Still Today,  Lives for us, Speaks for us and Sanctifies us.   We all like to think that Christ's death on the cross was the finished part, but honestly, it was His Resurrection that makes Salvation possible (Justification)  and the fact that He yet lives that makes Sanctification possible.

  It is all Christ, always has been, always will be........
